ELIGIBILITY
On the purchase of Baidyanath Chyawanprash Special 1 Kg & 2 Kg packs between 1st September 2024 to 31st January 2025, customers will be eligible to participate in the Consumer Lucky Draw offer and get a chance to win select gifts and a Maruti Swift LXI car as the bumper prize. This offer is applicable on the purchase of Baidyanath Chyawanprash Special 1 Kg & 2 Kg packs manufactured during the period of September 2024 to December 2024, starting from batch number 525 & beyond, as applicable. The offer is open only to residents of Uttar Pradesh & Rajasthan states. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter the contest. Employees of the company, its affiliates (dealers, distributors, counter stockists, retailers), and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Note:
1. The offer applies only to Baidyanath Chyawanprash Special 1 Kg or 2 Kg packs manufactured at Shree Baidyanath Ayurved Bhawan Pvt. Ltd., 1, Mirzapur Road, Naini, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh – 211008.
2. Offer valid till stock lasts in market.
PROMOTION/REGISTRATION PERIOD
The offer shall be valid from 1st September 2024 to 31st January 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
The company shall not be responsible for any cost or expenses incurred by participants.
PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION AND SELECTION OF WINNER
Participation in the offer is voluntary. By participating, customers agree to have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions and to be bound by them.

How to Participate
- Purchase the product during the offer period (1st Sep 2024 to 31st Jan 2025).
- Locate the unique 7-digit numeric code printed on the inside half of the product cap.
- Register for the lucky draw by sending an SMS to +91 8652631525 or WhatsApp +91 9004325515 with the unique code, name, and address in the following format:
BCP – Unique CODE – NAME – ADDRESS - Retain the original product container, including the cap with the unique code, as proof of purchase and verification.

Draw Details
- Each product purchase entitles the participant to one entry.
- Two lucky draws will be conducted:
- Festive-Season Draw: 7th November 2024 – 1,000 gifts distributed.
- Mega Season Draw: 14th February 2025 – 1,500 gifts distributed.
- Minimum registration requirements:
- Festive Season Draw: 1,000 registrations.
- Mega Season Draw: 1,500 registrations.
Note: All participants from the Festive Season Draw will also be eligible for the Mega Season Draw if they do not win in the former.
PRIZE DISTRIBUTION
- Winners must provide valid proof of identity (Aadhaar, Voter ID, or PAN) and the original purchased pack with the unique code to claim their prize.
- Prizes must be claimed within 10 days of the company’s notification.
- Winners will collect their prizes from the location specified by the company. Travel or accommodation expenses will not be covered.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
